The three year is a restless year. It is a year of broadening the horizons, expanding the immagination, looking at career directions and deciding which direction they want to go in. The four year is very stable to the point of dragging. It is a work year. It's best feature is that it tends to make more work and careers stabilize, building nice solid foundations under efforts already committed and in place. The work demands often increase and pile up as the year progresses. Yet, this year is also a health year and is intolerant of fatigue. If one becomes too tired it causes accidents and health problems. It is vital to main balance on work demands and leisure time. Because the four year moves so very slowly expect time delays, waiting, and postponements. Keep stress levels under control. This year loves things organized and scheduled. Organize and schedule plans and they generally will happen according to plan. Try to do things spontaneously and they generally fall apart or keep you in endless delays.
